Aluminum door frame trim

Hi guys. I was wondering what your best advice is for fitting the aluminum door frame trim to a BJ8? In my case, the old pieces were disgarded, so I do not have them as a pattern. The most difficult looks to be the verticle piece that covers the latch pillar. Any steps on what to cut first, what to align it with as a starting point, and ways to bend it to follow the contour of the pillar lip would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I do not know who made the set I have. It looks like it will need to have the holes redrilled or enlarged to match the holes for my door latch. Does someone make a set that fits well out of the box?
 
You may want to check out E-bay. I just looked and there is a set of door frame trim listed. I believe they will be listed for another 4 days. It also has a "Buy it now'
 
Do you mean the new sets? that person is on there regularly. He shows a picture of the earlier sets that look very good. I have asked him for a picture of the later sets.

I'm wondering if there is any trick that can be used to put a slight curve on the inside edge of the verticle piece so that it can follow the contour of the pillar?
