When I was at my brother-in-law's wake last weekend I ran into a guy who said that he had a 100-6 with an all aluminum body. Was such a car ever built?

I would say that he only thinks the car is all aluminum, because the top pieces on all big Healeys were aluminum.

I just sold a set of rear aluminum fenders for a big healey so that fact is true. Years ago I was told of an all alum healey. It was a wild goose chase. AS Healey Z said, it was thought to have an all alum body because of the shrouds on the car.

I believe the works rally cars had, in addition, "aluminium" doors, boot lid and fenders/wings.
