I only have one horn, which recently stopped working.

Will be taking it apart to see if I can clean the points, but may need to have it professionally rebuilt.

Does anyone have experience with:

British Car Part Restoration
Peter Gigliotti
8 Leonard Road
Walpole, MA 02081

They evidently specialize in Lucas horns.

Steve,

I used the same company when it was run by E. Lawrie Rhoads. They did an excellent job on my horns and wiper motor.

Additionally, the Lucas workshop instructions for the HF1746-47-48 can be found here:

https://rhynard.org/images/AH/horns.pdf

Thanks,
Duane

Duane,
Thanks for the pdf link! I used it to remove the disc and diaphragm. Inside was immaculate with nothing obvious wrong or broken. Afraid I'll mess it up, so will send if off to be overhauled.
