Alternator Belt

I would think so...I matched up my MGC fan belt at Advance.

If you can read the belt number, take that into your parts store...OR...take the actual belt in to them.

Yep take the old belt, they got a thingee that measures em.

I just tell them the year and model of my MG and then match it to my old one to make sure the counter person gave me the right one. It is the same procedure I follow for my other vehicles.

FWIW, Napa is usually pretty good about off-the-shelf parts like this. At least our cars are actually in their database, and some of the sales guys actually know what an MG is. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I got mine at NAPA. PJ
OOps! I lied! I got it from CarQuest Part no.3VX355 (3/8" x 35-1/2". My car is a 72. I think late models have a larger crank pulley. Don't know if affects the size of the belt though.
