Hello,

New here.

I'm looking for a pair of seats that need recovering. Just frames would be good. Nothing rusty. Anyone in the Northeast?

Here's basically how they are between years.
Series V Alpines and mk1a/mk2 Tigers have the same seat frames. Different type vinyl used.
Series III/IV Alpine and mk1 Tigers are the same frames.
I'm not sure if Series 1 and 2 Alpines are the same but I do know that the 1s are different from the series 3 on.

You should be able to get a set of frames from anyone who breaks Alpines, there are a couple usually listed in Hemmings. Be aware if you buy that the backs are the same for both sides, but the bottoms are handed.
 
phil i have a pair of mkII seats if you are still looking out of a 67 SV their not rusty but need to be recovered 100$ plus shipping i live in CT send me your email and i'll send you some pics
