That's definately a Mini manifold. I recognized as soon as I saw the video. They angle the carbs a bit upwards which can interfere with the bonnet.

You can tell by the space for coming in to the mounting nuts. The sprite has enough room for a 1/2 wrench. The Mini manifold has just about enough room for a squashed gnat between the equalizing tube and the exhaust flange to come into the mounting nuts.
 
No question about it, wrong manifold. The top of the float chambers should be level with the ground and the dash pots should be vertical.
 
Dashpots won't be perfectly vertical they have about 11 degrees(?) of tilt off the vertical axis, and the dashpots will be level if they have the correct adapter. I'd guess that Hap has the correct adapter, but didn't realize the angle of the manifold was wrong.
 
First thing I noticed was the angle of the carbs!!

Best way to line up the forward-tilting bonnet is to make sure the rear (firewall)and rocker panel alignment are spot on where they should be and then adjusting the hinges at the front to maintain the right spacing/position!
 
Thanks to you all! As soon as Jeff had the idea I thought it possible because of all the stuff that I sent to Hap. It never even dawned on me that it could be the wrong one.

Now to locate the proper manifold!

Mike, you are absolutely correct. That is what he is now doing after having problems. He is a perfectionist and that was my recommendation as well.
 
Do you have more manifolds, or do you need us to look in our piles of stuff.
 
I sent all that I had to Hap. Could you fellas look for me? I believe it is the 1 and 1/4". It is for a 1275.

Thanks to all that have helped with this. Especially Jeff for the new Manny! and Trevor for the offer to look for me! Here are pics to show just how much of a difference there is between the two. I think the last pic shows the difference the best.

I'm a little late on the scene here, but as I started reading this I knew what the problem was before I got to the post where you guys had already fiquired it out, Boz, sent me a box full of intakes, and carbs nothing together or nothing resembling a assembly. I'm not a Mini guy, so I just assume he sent me Spridget intakes and not Mini stuff. In fact he sent me a butt load of intake to choose form and just had me keep the remainingg ones, so I need to sort through them, I just wnet and looked at that stuff, and the other two he sent me are even wierder, that look to have a narrower spacing than the later Midget intakes. Boz, sorry I didn't catch that, that stuff happen from time to when you're dealing with parts of unknown quanities, that's why I always love to see assemblies, looks like you've fiquired out and have a repalcement, but if not let me know, and I'll send you one, no charge, I have plenty of Midget 1275 intakes.
 
No problem Hap. We got it figured out and just ordered new gaskets for everything. I felt bad sending you all of that but had no idea of what I had. Carbs work and look perfect!!
 
Basically there was less room behind the engine in the Mini, so they built a 30 degree manifold with shorter pipes, to replace the 20 degree manifold normally fitted to most A-series vehicles of the time.

It was just the size and shape of the engine compartment that dictated it, nothing else.
