The 10th annual All British Swap Meet and Auto Jumble will be on Feb. 26, 2006 at the Dupage County Fairgrounds, Wheaton, IL. There will be more than 100 vendor spaces.

Well to be noobish. What is a swap meet, exactly beside were you buy stuff cheap?
