NB Market in Kirkland, approx 1130 hours local, dark blue, top down....geez, I'd forgotten how HIGH you sit in one of those.

Windscreeen is probably just to divert the air over your head.
 
I cobbed a set of the 1969 "buttress" seats from a GTV into mine, I'm under 6' so actually sit low in it now. Much better IMO.
