Was the meat utilized? The color shouldnt have an impact on meat quality. Shame to see the animal wasted. Up North there are programs in place to donate the meat if it is prepared by a licensed butcher.

That is not an albino deer that is a deer imported from Thailand. You can tell by the antlers--cross between a deer and a moose (flat forks). We have a herd of them on the ranch where Sea Biscuit was raised. My Dad got two of them a long time ago. Used to have the mounted heads. BTW-good eats.
