Read on another Healey site that Al Moss just passed away, believe might have been today, 9/25. He founded Moss back in 1950 and we all know how much he contributed to the LBC world over many years. I do realize that he sold Moss some years ago but sad to hear of his passing. Never met Al but know he was huge for our LBC's and I first ordered from Moss back in 1978.
May he rest in peace !

Back in '73/'74 I was stationed at Pt Mugu and drove my Healey to Goleta to buy parts from AL MOSS. Always a nice trip on Hwy 101 and great conversations and first class service. I read a story several years ago that there was a small group of British Car guys in that area and they had a car badge made up for the group. Al was in this group.

Maybe someone will chime in with the details.
