There are active suspension systems in some cars that have a feature similar to this. But they involve pretty fancy, expensive electro-hydraulic systems and can react in milli-seconds.
A basic air shock system would probably be too slow to react to side-to-side changes for a car at speed.
In the past, I've seen air leveling systems in cars, but this is just to keep the car generally level (for example, after heavy items are loaded into the truck). These air leveling systems don't need to react fast or balance from side-to-side.
