OK, I am ready to take it to the next step, Does any one have recommendations on a compression tester and an air fuel tester? if you have a recommendation for a place to purchase that too would be appreciated. i am looking for a more reasonably priced set. The timing has me beat as far as the timimg marks but it runs well. my guess it is it runs too rich.

AFR testers are pretty much the same price everywhere.
The favorite seems to be the Innovate one.
Here's as good a place as any LM-1 WB02

You'll need one of these to go with it Tailpipe clamp

I got my compression tester from Sears for about $20.
It doesn't do leakdown testing though.

Actually the LM-1 is about to be discontinued.
If you can wait for the LM-2, the LM-1s ought to be cheaper in a few months.
