Finaly got my MG fix in. Been far to long close to six months to long since I've driven my B. After a well deserved bath the poor thing hasn't been washed since March. Found no drips and all the fluids were full.

Looks like tomarrow I will be installing a new fuel pump and the suspension should follow shortly but may have to wait a few days as its currently wide open on yellowfin and dorado. After the fuel pump I think a nice drive up angeles crest is in order.

Nothing like a ride in an MG to refresh ones soul.

Stewart...think you'll ever finish your list of things to do on her?

What fun would it be to actually finish the list? Other than starting on a whole new car of course. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hey hey! that sounds like a plan. Let me know when you go, I've a full tank of gas and nothing to do this weekend! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I went up this morning after the pump went in but I'm up for another run when it cools off this afternoon. If you have a time in mind post up.

Anyone on this board own a yellow mustard yellow cb GT and was on angeles crest this morning?

Hey, don't forget me! I'm always up for the Crest. Even better on a weekday when the roads are deserted. Anyone want to go driving on Tuesday?

hmmmm... Tuesday? If ya'll go in the evening or late afternoon I'd like to go too. Had a good trip back there yesterday... Was great til we found grandma on the last 4 miles, and she refused to get out of the way... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

I bet MoPho and JRTurbo909 would be down for a cruise up Angeles Crest with their Loti, too.

*shrug* I can be off work as early as 4:30P. Prolly take me about 30 minutes (give or take) to get to the turn-out just before you enter the mountains. So, I could prolly meet for a run through there between 5 and 5:30

Might be too late for me. Morning would really be the best. Randi from Louisiana is in town and I'm trying to make it to a dinner thing she's having. Maybe it isn't meant to be.

Steve - you've gotta meet Randi - she's a hoot! you'll have more fun than you can imagine around her - & she'll talk your head off...hehehehe
Tell her I said "hi"

Evening just became a definite no for me tomorrow. I have three other things that I'm trying to get done and they are all late afternoon to late evening. Morning works but I don't want Rob to miss it either.

*shrug* I had something to do lastnight, and couldn't access the site after I got home. Actually, I couldn't access the site til just now. Not sure what happened, but oh well.

Either way, mornings aren't good for me during the week. 8:30 to 5:30 job and all. Plus, I had to drop me car off this AM to have some work done. Just got the car back as a matter of fact.

I'm going to take the B for a run on the tread mill next week (CA emissions test). I think I'll turn some 'respectable' numbers on my first go this time, now that I have a working smog pump... heh. Last year, the car was so lean that the tester litterally couldn't get it to accelorate to 15MPH for the first part of the 2 speed tread mill test. heh
