AH Spares Side Exhaust

Hi all,

Can somebody please help me on how to correctly mount the AH Spares tubular manifold and side exhaust? I am not sure how to attach the pipes and damper correctly to the car. There is only one mounting bracket on the side exhaust. Some pictures would be nice.
Thanks for your replies.
Walter

Those down pipes are coming down too low they should be up closer to the cutout in the outrigger .
where are your flex pipes ?
I have the AH big bore side exit on my BT7 rally recreation so slightly different .mine had a bracket for a hanger at the front of the silencer section which comes up through the drivers floor used a standard exhaust rubber block hanger . Also the bridge piece on the rear pipes with the hole is for a bobbin type hanger .
Thats how I did mine .
use the search feature on here or the competing forum there’s a post I did with pics of mine somewhere .

I must say I was considering one of those as I continually ground my rear pipes as I leave my drive. Not having seen one before, I would have thought that the first pick up point would be infront of the silencer (muffler) as per the norm, the rear support point may have to be located through the floor if it is in such a position. Otherwise via some clever bracketry.

Bob
