Are the studs and nuts in backwards here? I see in Randy's pics of his MkIII that the nuts are towards the outside.

Just curious. Why did you use bolts rather than studs? I assume you did something to the hub extension hole contours so that the bolt head fit flat against the hub extension?

An update to my question. Magnus Karlsson tells me that the the BJ8 hub extensions do not use the press in studs, but instead have the nuts/bolts as in your image. Do you have a BJ8 stub axles, brakes, hubs on your car? Just curious.
