AH 3000 Trying to find the right look

Ok, very interesting you say that. As I pull the car apart and start cleaning parts, I wonder what the original color was. I think I will start a new topic to discuss.
 
I have no advice for the original poster other than to do what pleases you, and I also want to comment that these responses have been outstanding in their tone, which is not always the case on a vintage car or bike forum.

The BJ7 Sebring Healey is my favorite look. I found a reproduction hardtop on eBay for $2k plus shipping. It was new and never installed on a car before. Also found a vintage hardtop vent that's commonly found on rally cars.

Keep us posted- I'm really interested in what style you decide to run with.
