Does anyone have any pictures of a installed aftermarket brake booster? I cant for the life of me figure out which way I'm supposed to mount this thing!

Not to say that this is the right (or only) way, it just happened to be what looked right for me... at that time

Look at my build here.
Brake booster
There are more pictures. I used a Lockhead aftermarket Servo (AHSpares supplied) and used their bracket for this booster.

I just put one on the BJ8 like the one Randy has. I couldn't figure out how to use the one that was supplied so I build new ones that mount with the same original places. I did have to make the mount drop the the booster down some to have it look more original. Used the supplied strap to keep vibration down.

Thanks, I think I will be able to figure it out. Randy, is your mounting bracket attached to the frame rail?
Yes, as can be seen, the toeboard was (very) poorly repaired__by others before me, and I wouldn't have trusted it to support the floormat, let alone the brake booster.

Please note that isn't my car, just one I was doing some work on.

I tried to fit an after market unit on my BJ8 over christmas. I bought a bracket from AH spares that allows you to fit the unit at 90 degrees and mounts on the original servo brackets. After much swearing and the realisation that I would never get access to anything after it was fitted, I sent it back and got the original Girling unit reconditioned. Best decision I ever made.

Hello - first time on this sight and I am looking for help in configuring brkts for the aftermarket Lockheed servo unit. The two brkts that I got don't make any sense at all and will not fit
inside the inner fender where the old Girling unit used to sit. If there are pictures of how you mounted this unit that you would be willing to share, I'd sure appreciate it.
