After Market ignition opinions

Don't know if it's worth the price, but
the GM HEI technology is just about idiot
proof... One draw back will be the upper
rpm limit for it, the GMs I've dealt with
won't go much past 6Krpm without some mods...

Hi Robert, From discussions I've read about GM-HEI on an MG the only question was if it was properly curved for the HP that your particular set-up is producing (although it seems to make so little difference the same dizzy is used with single or dual carb set-ups)-probably is more important for high performance interests. Faced with a similar decission, after much research I went with Brit-Tek's Ultimate ignition kit for a couple hundred bucks less (with Pertronics a little more) and have been very happy. FWIW
Tim
