MGB-GT Advice on where to begin! 73 mgb gt

Im looking for some basic info. I recently acquired a 73 MGB gt that has been sitting (luckily in a garage) since 1997.

I have her home now and want to get started.
brake lines feel dead- no pedal- master shows almost no fluid, so I need to go through that. Should I break the lines loose at the master and at each wheel and blow them out? Then rebuild each wheel cylinder? Fill the master back up, attempt to bleed the air out and???
The clutch feels stiff as a board- ideas there?

Fuel pump, fuel lines and carbs???
Pull the carbs and rebuild or?

I will install new plugs (anything in particular work better than others?)
Do I need to check or change points?

This would seem simple, but the dual batteries and the "negative earth" warning spook me- how does this differ from a modern car and how to go about charging?

Any other helpful ideas on prep work to see if she fires would be appreciated.

Also- I would love to clean up the engine bay and dump all the emissions nonsense- not required in MA for a car of this age, so any tips on that would be great.
Thanks in advance for the assistance-

There's a good list of things to go over here: Awakening a Sleeping B

written by the late Tony Barnhill. It's a good place to start. Others will chime in on the emissions removal.

Wow! That is a great outline, thanks!

Do they have one of those for teenagers?

Awakening a Sleeping Teenager

1. Unbox airhorn
2. Open bedroom door
3. Sound airhorn
4. Repeat as necessary

Hiya Slim, welcome to a mildly insane forum... we take our meds as recommended.

If you follow Tony's guidelines you will at least have a good feel for what you've got. Any and all questions regarding "the next step" can and will be addressed as asked!
