Advice Needed

LOVE this red! Not too fire engine or orangey but doesn't run too burgundy either. Looks to be a rich, saturated color.
Thanks!

Healey Rick,
It's a perfect red! Not too orangey or burgundy. A nice rich, saturated color.
Do you have a paint code for the red? Painter is needing codes today for test pieces.
Thanks!

Laura.............paint code for viper adrenaline red is R7/LR7; painter should be able to cross this with paint manufacturers paint code.

PPG,Sherman Williams, Dupont, Acme, ETC............

Jack T,
perfect! That would be great as painter wants the codes today and I am leaving town tomorrow morning and may have connection difficulties.
Thanks again.

Jack T,
I thought I already replied to this, so excuse if second time. Still new to forum.
Getting the codes today would be PERFECT as painter wants to start test pieces. And I am leaving town in the morning and may, at least temporarily, have some connection difficulties.

Hi Laura
My car is painted New Mini Cooper Pepper (Old English) White. It's a very nice warm colour, easy to match and looks terrific with the red trim.
Cheers

Laura,

Sorry, but my painter is out of town until the end of the week, so no joy on the paint code. I pretty much did the same as Bob had said and told him I wanted it done with Ford Wimbledon White. I handed him a Dupli Color spray bomb that I had bought at the parts store. That color has been around forever so your guy should be able to look up with the proper formula pretty easily.

This is a beautiful red! Do you have paint codes? My painter really requires information be narrowed down to year, paint mfg, car model, etc. - as much as I can give him. I thought it would be easier for him to cross reference but he needs specifics.

Oxford,
Thanks! Since Pepper is a current color at least I can go to the mini cooper dealer and see in person. I had the painter do a test panel of Wimbleton White which is also supposed to be a close match to OEW - I don't know the year or code he used - and it looks like it has quite a bit of brown undertones in it - kinda dingy! Never thought this would be so complicated! The search continues...
