Adhesives for dash and seats.

Jim - don't know about best, but I used 100% silicone auto sealant.

Edit: used it on the dash pad.

Tom

For the dash pads I used a 3M spray adhesive for the area where the top pad attaches to the body. Very little is needed as the whole thing is pretty much clamped into place once the windscreen is remounted.

On the seats... are you thinking of using an adhesive between the foam and the cover? I don't think Triumph used an adhesive their... indeed the seats bottoms can be secured with no adhesive, just the clips around the bottom edge of the seat frame.

My comments are from experience on a TR4 which may or may not be similar to your needs.

77 never dries and stays sticky, 90 dries to the touch and last longer and is stronger. Won't last forever on fabric back wallcovering. They make a spray just for foam. It is the better product,if you going to use it.
