Well done. I trust you will find it to be a delightful machine. An unmatched blend of classic Michelotti body style and that smooth 2.5 liter six cylinder engine. I am very jealous of the overdrive! My wife's TR-6 has O/D, and I covet it mightily.

Now, first things first. Get a stripe on that nose! :smile:
 
I know Bill, I really miss the stripe.

Actually, it will be undergoing a full body off resto in the future after my TR3A is complete so I will have to live with it till then.

Lets see... I've got a nice looking, good running TR6 in the garage, and a TR3 more than half way through a body off restoration... I hope this isn't some sort of competition, because I'm sure my dear Prudence would not allow another TR in the garage. -not even a 250. But, I'm happy for you. With your hobby, you will never grow old.

Well done, MPL! The auto Museum in Coventry didn't even have that good a collection of TRs (not joking either - all they had out was a TR3 when I was there).

Looking forward to seeing the collection if I can ever get out of the city!
 
Car looks pretty good to me. I like the dark blue as well. Mine is primrose and its growing on me. If I can ever figure out how to post a picture I'll do so. I have some spare 250 stuff so let me know when the time comes.

Next time make the trip to Gayden to the BMHIT Museum. Not very far from Coventry at all and a much Triumph Collection. The British Auto Transport Museum in coventry has a lot to cover in its space. Including the WWII bombing exhibit.
