Well,.. any time I see a car buried in primer I get real suspicious. Nobody who knows what they are doing would do that to a car.
 
That picture of the open door and sill shows, if my eyes are not mistaken, a sill full of holes like swiss cheese. I'd say that car needs a lot of work. I think BOXo is right; the primer is there to hide something.
 
Yeah, I took a look at it last night.... way over priced for something that has been sitting around for years... this guy is looking for a 3G profit... ...E-bay always attracts these restoration faliures that have been sitting around for years...... frankly for a few hundred dolllars, I always consider them as a find... but the kind of money this individual is looking for... way too much..

I'd rather go for the MGA with the 327 chevy in it.. when I checked it was $350..

BTW.. ebay crashes my internet... anywone else have that problem...
 
I agree a bit too high, but I did see some new stuff under the bonnet but majorly between the dust and paint on the steering wheel I got a funny feeling about this car and it wasn't good. Are they early MGB seats, looks just like a set the wife and I did for a '64 B??? Wayne
