Accumulator housing

Can I use the accumulator housing along with all related parts say moss # 866-320 to replace 866-310 piston which is NA right now which is 1.750 . Thanks
 
Yes. I changed the "large" accumulator used on TR3 and solid axle TR4s to the "small" accumulator used on the IRS cars. It is mentioned in the excellent Buckeye articles on the A Type OD. I found the parts were cheaper from Rimmer. The pressure for the small accumulator is 450 psi vs 360 psi for the large one.
