I relocated to the Greenville / Spartanburg, South Carolina area a little more than sixteen years ago from Cincinnati, Ohio. The scary part is I understand what the poor lady is attempting to communicate to Bill…
 
Well I guess she is from North, South Carolina, but even I know the Edisto River is just south of town.

They used to have autocrosses at the Air Force base there years ago.
