MGB A V8 just landed on my plate...

Offline
Tomorrow I drive 2 hours to pick up some goodies...
A buick 215 block, an Olds 215 block, a pair of heads, 4 bbl intake, a new in the box cam, crank, pistons, water pump, and misc other bits. A decent start. I've been studying on these all day (yeah, I wasn't very productive at work). If one of the blocks is rebiuldable, I guess this is the way I'll be going with my 77.

Comin' over to the dark side - good on ya!

Great resources Rick has posted. The British V8 group will be gathering in Lewisburg WV in June, and then here in Townsend in October. Good opportunity to check out several cars and folks who've blazed the trail.

I will be at both.

Kenny,
If you need any machine work or engine parts, Bell Auto in Northport is very familiar with these engines as well as MGs. Talk to Michael (the son) if you need anything.
