To me the worst reminder of aging is seeing what happens to the icons of our youth. I don't want to see Glen Campbell with Alzheimers or Joni Mitchell with a stroke. I wasn't into his music, but he always seemed to be a nice guy and no one needs to suffer with that disease.

Over 3 years with my dad and it seems the ones who suffers are the family and close friends. Only consolation, my dad died peacefully in his sleep. You hurt for them, as you know there's not a thing you can do to stop it and bring them back to normal. Sad, very sad. I think of him and miss him every day, we were very close. PJ
