Hello-
My name is Scott Schroeder, and I am a retired attorney in Monterey, California. About 15 years ago, I was living in the Sierra Mountains in California and stumbled upon a treasure trove of NOS auto parts for British sports cars, stored in a barn. The parts were for Austin Healey's and MG's mostly, and after digging them out of the barn for several weeks, we commenced a long and arduous process of identifying the parts and matching each part to it's vehicle. This was required because most of the identifying parts labels had fallen off the boxes due to moist air where they were stored. Armed with several service parts lists for Healey's and MG's, we matched the parts to the diagrams and could learn which vehicle they fit. This process continues to this day. I am still researching parts lists and the internet to match the remaining inventory of parts and get them into the hands of 'the faithful' owners of these fine automobiles so that these parts can help keep these cars on the road.
To that end, I have joined this forum with the hope of tapping the vast knowledge base of its members to help me identify the last remaining inventory of these parts. For example, I have a heater box assembly that appears just like heaters in Sprites & MGAs, but it is slightly different where the radiator inlet and outlet pipes exit the heater box(see pictures). I cannot figure out which car this goes to, and could use a little help.

Hi There,

What you may want to do is post the parts in the "Classified" section or for this specific item; Post it in the "MG or Spridget" forums or both.
