I always enjoy seeing these period pics of Healeys. Even for those of us who were around back then, it's still hard to believe that sighting a Healey on the street was nothing more unusual than seeing a Miata today.

On further review you may be right, it's good to see its holding its own commanding two parking places
. That is until some big brute lifts the rear bumper and wheel barrows it onto one space.

Hey Keoke, do you still own the 1948 Lincoln? Is it a convertable? Seen one at my local car show and it stole the whole show with so many people mobbing it...including me! Had a long talk with the owner, he stuffed in a nice V-8 upgrade but can't remember what it was? Anyway, wonderful car that 48 Lincoln.

OH!! My 48 belonged to Tittie Brown one of Al capon's boys
It has repaired bullet holes all down one side.:highly_amused:
Some one owns the only 4 door factory produced 48.
I have seen pictures but never saw the car.
But they are both Hard tops.
