A nice surprise from Eastwood Company

I have purchased from Eastwood for several years. Not a lot of things but have always been happy with the products.
A few years ago I purchased a Concours HVLP paint spray gun (part #51550). It has been easy to use and does a great job. Painted my Midget with it. Recently I have been using it on my TR6. A week ago I was cleaning it and found a bad o-ring and found a problem with the air valve control knob.
Since I really like this gun I contacted Eastwood and asked if I could get the parts. I received an e-mail that they had the parts. I then e-mailed back to let me know the cost and I would send my card information. I was told that there would be no charge and was asked to verify my address. The parts would not have been a huge cost but I thought that was a very nice thing for them to do.
The FedEx truck pulled up yesterday and dropped off a box. The box seemed heavier than it should. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and found a brand new spray gun. Not only was there no charge for the gun but the shipping was also covered.

WOW. First class service.
