Dropped this old girl off at Mistyle in Weymouth England this morning for Michael to work his magic and give her a new coat of shiny black paint. I have to wait till March to see her again but very exited....Its my '56 100/6 with a Rawles 3000 motor , center shift box, lsd, up-rated stuff here and there etc etc

 
Look at the trailer hold downs too :cool:
 
I'd be interested to find out how it turns out. I've recently started my resto , also in black at the moment , intending to do a colour change to red but I do have doubts. !st day home (3).jpg

You'll notice the sections I made and fitted to replace the corroded corners of the rear apron and to stop the cracking and reinforce the front apron mounts. I don't want a full new panel body rebuild on this car as its a real driver and frankly I can't afford it . So I'm happy with well executed proper honest repair . To my embarrassment when I riveted in the rear repairs I must have drilled into the fuel tank, as shes leaving a little puddle on Micheal's floor....Never mind he's also going to sort out my error !!!
