I got my MGB all stripped down and off to the paint shop. I took it in when he finished with my 72 Mini. It is going to be resprayed, inside and out. Knowing there too many BRG cars, that is what I like and I'm going with that anyway. While it is getting done, I will inspect the engine (rebuilt, came with the car) and make sure everything is lubed up and ready to go. It has been sitting for quite a few years, so I want to make sure nothing is dry inside. New seats, carpet, top, and interior panels are just waiting to get installed. Much fun ahead!!
I have to spend a day and get the Mini put back on the road first.

great! keep us posted and with pictures please

I picked it up from the painter yesterday. It is all nice and pretty now. He cut a couple of little pieces out of the rear doglegs and put in new steel. It is a complete color change. I also had him fill the side marker light holes. It is titled as a 71 but I'm going with a chrome grille and early tail lights.
I could use a decent set of early tail light fixtures and trim rings. I have new lenses.
Probably one of the first tasks will be putting the wiring harness back in, then move on to....?

P.S. The Mini in the picture was resprayed just before the MGB.

Watch that the door sills don't get scarred by the door goin' in too far!

Hey! Your yard/garage looks a lot like mine except our Mini is red...and a wagon. LoL Another example of GBCFMTA!

Progress continues. I put the wiring harness in last night. Next is get the heater installed and I'm working on the dash too. I really like working on one where everything is clean.
