from a short article in the Klaxton, the newsletter of the Yellowstone Roaring 20's Auto Club:

"---------- is working on both of his Model A's, so that he can get at least one of them reliable enough to drive to Canada on the Magic City Model A's trip to Banff".

Banff is about 600 miles north of Billing, MT and west of Calgary AB. If he can drive there in a Model A then .......
 
Heck...

The first recorded automobile trip across Canada was back in 1911 (I think...), using a Reo car.

This was back when much of the country had no roads of any sort... For any of you who have driven through northern Ontario, many of the highways up there didn't exist prior to the 1960's...
