Where in blazes did I leave the bonnet latch for the Wedge when I removed it almost 2 years ago??

Check the EFI parts on the other tractor at the front of the garage.
You probably laid it there.

Look all over that thing. Didn't see it

Even cleaned the work bench off. Well, mostly.
That's not the latch. That's the cat

If you've moved as many times as I have, it's probably up in the attic, under the 30 year old lounge chairs that your wife insisted upon keeping, and that you'll never, ever use again.

Look under the pile in the attic, it's probably there, I think. :cryin:

Haven't moved any of the Wedge stuff up there yet

Did you store it for safekeeping in the glove box?

Elliot- Good idea, but, Have my brain for the present file for the ECU there . So been in and out of there

Now...a word of caution - when you DO find it, use gloves to pick it up. After 2 years it's likely to have some rust or other unsavory coating. And we don't want you to abrade or break the skin on your hand. If that happens you could end up with a rare and dangerous ailment............

Wait for it.........

Ready???

Haven't you heard of Latch Scratch Fever??! :jester:

Now, go look in the freezer, behind the 22 month old ice cream container!

I'm sure it's gonna be in the last place you look...because when you find it, you'll stop looking.

As for me, I no longer trust my memory. I resort to labeling boxes and making lists.

Oooh!! LOOKIE what I found!!!

Check your pockets they have to be there.

If I remember...you repaired the throttle assembly on the mower and you used the cable from the wedge....look on the end of the cable...

It's sitting right next to the oil pump pickup screen that disappeared out of my garage a couple years ago. You know, next to the socks, too.

Start looking for something else. I have found so many things when I was looking for another object. Where did you put the _____ you'll need when you fix the _______?
