A few old cars [including one Brit]

On the way to weekly Bible Study, passed through one of our old neighbourhoods and by Eric's shop, his '52/'53 Pontiac was there as always, plus his '59 Pontiac Parisienne parts car, and also my friend's old mid-60's Valiant coupe, probably in for some servicing...

I basically know about those ones anyway... Then tucked in behind a small drive-in the same neighbourhood I spotted a very nice (1952?) Chevy parked behind the building... Then a few minutes later a square-tail-lamp BMW 2002 in great shape!

Then the keeper for the night... Heading home spotted what I thought was a Mini in my rear view mirror not too far behind me, I allowed the Mini to get closer to me as it turned into a shopping centre, and noted in my rear view mirror what looked like external door hinges (getting a little more excited now), took a slightly illegal turn to catch up with the car and had a brief chat with the owner (nice guy)... It's a 1969 Mini non-Cooper, a left-hand-drive example likely meaning it was sold new here in Canada (most of our Mini's are the 1970's bodyshell, when lots of them were sold here), he told me that it has the 1000-cc engine which needs to be replaced and/or worked on... Gave Blair some club info and hope to see him again... Sorry no photos guys, maybe in the future...
