Eric Clapton has always been one of my favourites. Last night I got to see a couple more, in Houston, the opening night of the Paul Simon and Sting tour. I thought it fabulous - read about it here:https://www.billboard.com/articles/...houston-concert-review-on-stage-together-tour

Fantastic! one thing I did notice was sounds from the crowd constant throughout the performance. I would have been furious to have been sitting near one of those meatheads who wouldn't shut up during a song.
Slowhand will always be the master!!!

And speakin' of guitar-pickers... anyone heard this guy (Tommy Emmanuel from Australia)? AMAZING. His related Daytripper clip is also fantastic(at YouTube). I'm exhausted just watching him as it builds.

Got to see Tommy Emmanuel a few years ago here in OKC. He usually comes every year or two. About time to go again. He is absolutely incredible.
