I looked at this and thought it was a little weird and strange thing to do to an e-type, then today I read a story on Yahoo, there was an MPG contest in Europe, a purpose built electric that looked like a Micro-car (from race car designer Gordan Murray I believe) won the event, the report I read said an electric E-type finished 2nd (I assume the car above how many electric e-types can their be?).
However, the only report I can find now shows the e-type winning the sports car class, pretty cool either way, and a new accolade for the evergreen E-type!
