I hid the ignition switch and also installed a ravelco which kills power to starter and fuel pump when not installed... But the mini schnauzer helps also

I used to pop the rotor out and put it in my pocket when I went places I didn't trust.

My TR3 security system is all integrated.
first line of defense is the hit & miss Lucas electrical system.
backed up by the hard starting SU H6 carbs.
and ultimately by the renown triumph engine overheating system, to spoil the get-a-way.

genius....pure genius

Now days just the fact of being a manual transmission would stymie most folks. Saw a news story earlier this year about two guys car jacking a BMW roadster with a manual. The owner called the police who arrived 5 minutes later as the thieves were still trying to get out of the parking lot.

It's funny you mention the manual part, my ole lady loves our corvette but refuses to drive it since its manual... I know at least 5 guys for a fact that are grown men and can't drive a manual
