A bad-good dream....

I dreamt last night that I got up close and personal with the rear-end of a truck. I am sure this was just a reflection of a real life event that nearly occurred Wednesday morning. In the dream I was pretty upset until I logically concluded that now I have a very good reason to buy that fibre glass bugeye bonnet I have been wanting. A reason so sound, my wife could not possibly be upset about the expense.

Oh well... one can dream.

Just tell her it's a spare.

Tragically her response will be "In your dreams!"

You guys have to learn how to live by my prime directive: <span style="font-style: italic">"She can never say 'no' to you if you never say 'no' to her."</span> Look in my garage - it works!

The only problem I have is the credit card companies can say 'no' to me whenever they want. We live on thin margins at the old Chennault house.

Well then, let's hope that remains just a "problem" and doesn't become a "nightmare", Morris. :savewave:

Of course, dreams are free!!! :jester:

Stuart.

AAAAAMEN !!!!! Works for me, but now we're out of money.

I had a REALLY weird dream last night. I would tell it, but it might seem political. NO sheet metal was in danger.

Just buy it and beg forgiveness, because its to hard to get permission
Besides way cheaper then a mistress

Phil

I am still young and in love enough that a mistress is no real threat and my wife knows it. In couple of years maybe, that logic will apply.

OK, forget my other post.

Wait till you get a little older and crustier like me.

Just tell her you put in the wrong part number when you ordered and cann't afford to send it back because shipping is so high

Just need to figure out how to make it her idea to get the bonnet.

I believe the quote is: "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission."

My wife doesn't say anything but nothin'. (usually)

Especially if I sell of somethin' to pay for it.

If you're still young, what's the rush????

You got plenty of time to find/buy one. Might be one right near you later on real cheap.

The hunt is half the fun !!!
