yesterday was Mosquito day- first time in quite awhile(weather,Christmas, fireworks tent) coasting along on our TERRIBLE roads at 75 headed to work (10 miles) I see this black rice burner flying on the ground in my lane (right lane is so bad your fillings fall out)........Hmmm I could move over.......NAW...I'm all ready 10 miles over but I'm my own get out of jail free card(favors & friends) soooooo let's give it heck!!!!!!!!!!!!They finally came around me at 100mph but we were already to bypass 14 where stopping for signal is 99 times out of 100. The fastess I'd tried her was 85 or so. When they hollared at me to find out what I was driving- I proudly beamed BRITISH-THEY SHOULD TRY AND BUY AN ENGLISH CLASSIC FOR STYLE AND SPEED!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

Randi - you weren't talking on the cell phone while hogging the left lane, were ya? hehehehehe

Shortly after I got my midget basicly sorted out I took it for a blast down an uncrowed expressway to see how it felt at high speeds. At 90 mph I thought I was flying, but then a minivan passed me and ruined the illusion. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

My Bugeye would go 73 flat out with a following wind.

hey, gotta knowc that carbon out. I think my personal best was around 87. and she was hunkered down real nice, but when I let off the gas the back end went haywire, and was a little scary, but when I'm done with her in the futer, she'll be steady as a train, and faster than a bullet (for those track test days, no highway stupidity antics) I drive an 03 infiniti G35 if I want to go really fast.
