948 [?] Spridget parts found

We were contacted by a local enthusiast wanting to rid himself of a garage load of MG parts.

We visited him on Sunday....and believe most of the parts to be related to a 948cc AH Sprite race car inventory/spares.

We have no interest in these parts...but hate to see them go to the recycler.

Attached is an overview picture...there are several transmission (half of which I believe to be rib case trannies), blocks, oil pans (one set up for racing), gasket sets, heads, a couple of doors, a Bugeye grille, a couple of AH hubcaps....you name it.

I'm sure that these parts will be very inexpensive.

Please contact me if you are interested...I HAVE NO FINANCIAL CONNECTION TO THESE PARTS.

You will need to arrange <span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">(very fast)</span></span></span> pick-up of this "treasure trove"

Post here or send me a PM.

Racing parts are always expensive and desirable. It would be a real shame to trash them. I'm sure a lot of people are interested, but you don't give any idea of which town. My mother is originally from Normal Ill, and my grandfather and great aunts lived in Farmer City.

Why is always that someone has stuff in their garage for years and years and years, then suddenly it all has to go VERY FAST or else they will send it to the crusher?

Bugeye grill? Oh I see, ON the Weber grill

I just assumed the weber was to replace the Su's :jester:

I just recently sold a forge (in this case Weber grill) just like that one. You can create some cool stuff with those.
