Is exactly how many miles I drove the TR8 last year...

Not exactly sure why I'm posting this, just seems like a stupid low number given how fun she is.

I just today turned 10K on my Jag, in 28 months.

You need to get it out and drive it some more.
Maybe if you moved from Sunny Smoggy SoCal up here where it's wet alla time, you would drive it!

That's about what I've driven my TR6 this year. The newly acquired TR8 will have more than that on it within the next month.

Tom,

You are obviously spending too much time buying and working on new cars!

You're still here? It's over! Go drive! Go!

Scott

I've lost track -- temporarily -- of how far I've driven the '62 Herald this year, but that's mostly because I swapped in a kph speedometer/odometer in late spring after the original gave out! I'm actually almost afraid to calculate it out, since it's been my only car since spring!

THAT'S what I want to hear!

I did around 888 miles last week in my GT6. As soon as I get the electrical problem fixed its returning to duty as my daily driver.

That's what SHE wants to hear. Tonight's discussion at dinner went like this:

M-Are you playing golf Saturday?

P-Nope, I'm working on the cars.

M-So, will you have the seats back in the TR8 on Saturday?

P-I should, as well as the trunk panels and the detailing should all be done too. (oh-oh, too many questions being asked...)

M-That's good. If you want to play golf Sunday morning, that's fine. You and I going for a lunch cruise Sunday afternoon, or maybe for ice cream. And I'm driving....

P-Yes, dear........

Good to know you know who rules!

WAIT JUST A MINUTE -when the heck did you buy a TR8 Paul?

I've been heads down on the MGC but I totally missed this.

Right on Paul, right on.

I bought Mickey's red rocket a few weeks ago. You really need to get out of that hanger more often, Tom!!
