88 xjs manual

what repair manual would you suggest for the 88 xjs? I'v found a couple online but they are all like $100, a bit extreme. are the repair cd's any good? thanks

The repair cd's that I'm familiar with are the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust CD-roms. They are factory repair manuals/parts lists licensed to Jaguar Heritage for issue on cd format. The paper book versions of the factory manuals are normally $100 or higher, and some of these don't include the parts lists which can be helpful during a repair or a tear-down of the car. I hope this helps you. I have the XJ6 Series III cd-rom and for the money, it's the best reference material I own. If you get grease on the pages, just throw them out and print a new copy. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
