The injectors are actuated by the fuel injection ECU that is pulsed by the ignition amplifier signal. Either you have pulled a wire loose from the ignition amplifier curcuitry, you have an ECU problem or a fault in the injector actuation circuitry like the ballast resistors. Hope this helps.
