does any one know what the bolt pattern is for a 1986 jaguar XJS with the v12 is? i can not find it anywhere. also will any jaguar wheel fit on my car? also where is a good place to buy wheels that will fit on my car?
Thank you
Ryan

The bolt pattern is 5x4 3/4, the same as many Chevy's. However, jags are hubcentric which means the wheel rests on the hub. The Jag, wouldn't you know it, has a larger hub than Chevy's which means the a normal Chevy wheel won't fit.

Another problem is offset. The wrong wheel will rub either on the caliper or the wheel well.

Go to www.welshent.com. They have numerous wheels for Jags that will fit your 86 XJS. Another source for Jag wheels that will fit is to email paulsjag@aol.com, (954)846-7976. XJS wheels must have a bore that fits a shoulder on the hub. The shear force on the shoulder is what supports the car and keeps the wheel centered. Use Never-seez on the inside of the wheel bore or you may have a difficult time getting the wheel off to change a flat.
