I would like to put a zip-out rear window top (originally fitted to '77-80 cars) on my '69. I have the grey scissor frame (not the removable stow-away frame or the later black frame). Will this work? The catalogs are very ambiguous about top fittment, especially for the '69 model. Has anybody tried this? If it won't work, let me know. I can't imagine why it wouldn't. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The tops for the later Micholetti frames will not fit the sissors frame. Believe me I know, I tried! If I were you, I would buy a latter style frame and top to match. That's what I ended up doing. The micholetti frame is a bit easier to use also.
Prestige makes a top for the older frame that comes with a zip out window. Item 1055.
