These locks are very simple and easy to pick. Find some instructions on the web, make some simple tools, and pick it yourself.
You'll need a tool to apply a bit of torque onto the cylinder (without blocking the key hole), a small flat-blade screwdriver will usually do (although bending the shaft a bit helps). And a second tool to reach into the keyway and lift the tumblers (which can be just a bent paper clip). With a little bit of torque on the cylinder, try to lift each tumbler. The tumbler that is blocking the cylinder will be somewhat stiff (due to the torque) and will 'click' when it gets to the right height and stay there. Then you find the next stiff tumbler and lift it. When they are all (usually 4 or 5 of them) in place, the cylinder will turn.
Or pay a local locksmith to do it for you.
