Don't know California's emission regs, but will it pass inspection without the air pump? Not that it's a big deal to put it back if needed, but just curious. There are many things to check on a B before buying and that's mainly in the body structures, floor, dog legs and rockers, especially with them being high on the list of rust buckets. If it's not rusted out, I would say it's a decent buy. JMHO. PJ
