TR6 '73 tr6 passenger front brake dragging

I replaced the brake master cylinder and bleed with mityvac hand held unit. driving the car, I could tell rolling in neutral was hindered. I then jacked up each wheel and spun...found the passenger front only turns with lots of effort so it seems the brake is not fully engaged on the rotor but enough to effect it significantly. I wasn't impressed with the quality of bleed I got out of the mityvac but not sure if air in the system would cause one of the calipers to engage. I know there is a switch in the front system that can get wonky when doing hydraulic work but the brake light isn't on when the car is running. any ideas?

You have a stuck piston. Several causes, it got cocked or rust is keeping it from moving properly. Try to push in both pistons and pump them back out a couple of times. If that doesn't work, you will need to pull them out and check for rust and replace the rubber seals in any case. Don't take the two halves apart unless you have replacement proper "O" ring. It's a little wider than your typical seal.

It's also possible that your flexible lines need to be replaces. Often they can look ok on the outside but can collapse on the inside.
