Pump on the brakes and no stop.. Have fluid, no puddles under the car. Brake pedal does not get hard, goes right to the floor. No fliud leaking in the foot well either.

Any tips on rebuilding the master cylinder or trouble shooting.

Do you get any pedal height if you pump the pedal. Sounds like the master cylinder to me but there are a few other things to check first. Did this just happen? Was it in storage? A complete bleed and refill might help if the car has been sitting for a very long time. I'm sure lots of other people will put in more good ideas of things to check. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

when my TR6 clutch master went out we tried to fix it and mine was pitted on the inside so it was leaking. i drove the car home about 5 or so miles without brakes. after that i just went and bought a new master for something a little under 200 bucks and my problem was solved. good luck
